Holly Poly 2024

Thank you for creating something for me! My username is [archiveofourown.org profile] forsworn. I requested fic, art or vids in eight fandoms, plus fic or art for crossovers. Treats are welcome!

For these ships, I prefer poly where everyone is interested in each other, rather than a V-shaped arrangement. If there's a canon established relationship I'd like the other character(s) to be added as an equal - unless it's just a sexual encounter. (Or for some I've prompted an AU where they first get together as a trio instead. Or maybe it's two pairs who join to become a four.)

I'm happy with ratings from G to Explicit for sexual content and G to T for violence. (Blood is okay, pain is great, but I don't want exposed organs or bones poking out or things like that.) I'd love anything from the softest fluff to the kinkiest smut, from feelsy hurt/comfort to angsty mutual pining. I've separated the prompts into three categories: narrative prompts, visual prompts, and fanvid prompts. But feel free to draw art based on a narrative prompt, or write a fic based on a visual prompt, etc. Or pick something from my likes lists!

Fanvid Likes
  • Genres: I enjoy lots of different kinds of music - pop, dance, rap, country, trance, reggae, pop punk, indie, jazz, folk, ska... But I'm not into opera or metal growls/screams (though I do like symphonic metal). Happy to be introduced to new music or reminded of popular songs.
  • Lyrics: I prefer music with lyrics, but they don't need to be in English. I'll have to google the lyrics anyway, so as long as there's a translation easily available, feel free to pick an appropriate song in any language.
  • Swears and censoring: No uncensored n-word please. (Censored is fine.) Fuck, shit, etc can be censored or uncensored.
  • Prompts: There aren't any songs I already associate with these ships, so I've given some "theme" prompts instead. You can pick a song which fits one of those, or ignore those prompts and use a song you think fits the ship in general. I'd just be excited to see shippy clips of my blorbos set to music! Go with what you think works.
  • Sources: If you want to, I'm happy for you to entirely recontextualise scenes, to use deleted scenes or outtakes, or clips from other sources featuring the same actors, or even to use clips from entirely unrelated things as scene setting/background/etc, whether you're constructing a new narrative in the canon verse or creating an AU.

Hurt/Comfort Likes:
  • Emotional hurt/comfort. Physical hurt/comfort. Whump. Mild hurt/comfort.
  • Nightmares. Flashbacks. Crying. Staying with character B as they fall asleep.
  • Impact bruises. Being manually choked. Twisted ankles.
  • Stab wounds. Arrow wounds. Pulling the arrow out. Nosebleeds as fight injury. Grazes and abrasions.
  • Magical torture, psychic torture, and other kinds of pain inflicted without harming the body.
  • Bedside vigils. Holding injured character close. Carrying or supporting someone who can't walk. Character A catching character B as they collapse (even if character A isn't strong enough to hold them up and just helps slow their descent to the floor).   • Struggling through sex pollen/an omegaverse heat/etc without having sex, only giving non-sexual comfort for the symptoms.

  • I love both the hurt and comfort parts of the equation! Go heavy on one part and less on the other, or have an equal mix of both.


Smut Likes:
  • Positions: Missionary, riding and other face-to-face positions, for eye contact and/or lots of kissing. But spooning pairs well with gentle sex, and oral fingering's probably more easily done from behind.
  • Locations: In bed, in a chair, against a wall, on the floor... In the bedroom, in the living room, in an alley, in a forest, in a dungeon, on a ship, on the victorious battlefield... Basically anywhere? Yeah.

I love the interactions between all three sides of this triangle. Angus and Alicia are such adorably awkward nerds together. Kelly went from a psycho creep fixated on Angus to saving him with her blood. And she went from threatening Alicia to protecting her - and Alicia trying to protect her in turn. Maybe Angus and Alicia could invite Kelly to join their relationship. But I'm also interested in AUs where the three of them get together in another way!

Narrative Prompts
  • Whether Kelly stays on Ark 1 or Trappist 1-D, she ends up growing closer to Alicia or Angus... leading to confusing feelings all round.
  • Instead of Trappist 1-D, they find a different habitable planet - but it's the middle of winter, and dramatic happenings mean they have to huddle for warmth.
  • Or maybe it takes them longer to reach a habitable planet, resulting in more adventures in space. Which of course provides more opportunities for danger, protective feelings, injury, and/or tropey scifi shenanigans.
  • Kelly overuses her implants to protect the other two, and then they look after her.
  • While exploring a strange planet, they all get hit by sex pollen - and Alicia and Angus realise that leaving Kelly to suffer alone would put her in danger.
  • Angus got some sex tips from Brice. Maybe Alicia goes to Kelly for advice - and that turns into Kelly joining them for some hands-on sex lessons.
  • Or maybe they all confess their feelings, leading to the first time for the three of them, whether it's a fluffy night full of laughter, or slightly awkward with a tinge of angst.

I loved how the three of them interacted in London. Steve knows he can rely on Etta, Etta was so casually awed by Diana, Diana immediately took Etta seriously, and we know Diana and Steve are into each other. I'd love an AU where Steve survives the first film and they all get together. Maybe he's injured and needs nursing back to health? Or maybe he's fine and they get to go on adventures together - or just have some fluffy relaxation, or some hot smut. Maybe there's sex pollen or a magical soulbond involved?

Alice and Jack are so into each other, Jack hero worships Frank, Frank is manipulatively encouraging of Jack, and Alice and Frank have that intense rivalry with sexual undertones. The only question is how Frank would steer both of them into his bed at the same time - whether it happens at a party, at a meeting, during a quiet moment, or when everything almost falls apart. They'd be a great trio for some smut, whether vanilla or kinky, but maybe Frank - or all of them - want more than a one time deal. Could be a missing scene, canon divergence, or a setting change AU. And I'm fine with Frank cheating on Shelley or them having an open relationship - or it just being ambiguous/unmentioned.

Narrative Prompts
  • At a party, Frank showers Alice and Jack with attention - which only gets more intense.
  • Frank knows Alice wouldn't cheat on Jack, and Jack wouldn't cheat on Alice. So he just propositions them both at the same time.

Edgin Darvis/Zia Darvis/Xenk Yendar

I really like the idea of Edgin getting to be happy with Zia but also with Xenk, and Zia and Xenk being happy together too. So... AU where she never dies? Maybe Edgin stays a Harper and ends up working with Xenk, and they get closer, resulting in Xenk being drawn into the established marriage?

Edgin seemed a lot softer before Zia's death - and maybe less prone to hiding his feelings - and Zia seemed very sweet and understanding, and I'd love to see what kind of dynamic they develop with kind but serious Xenk. Would love to see them being domestic in the cottage at Targos, all helping to raise Kira, or - as Edgin and Holga managed to take young Kira on the road - maybe all three of them could have glorious adventures together, making the world a better place?

Narrative Prompts
  • Zia decides to take Kira and go with Edgin to the market that night. They see the Red Wizards riding to their cottage and make an escape - but the Red Wizards are still after them, so they have to take refuge with the Harpers... where a Thayan paladin promises to protect them.
  • Or maybe Edgin never stole the Red Wizards' treasure at all. He remains a Harper, and gets assigned to work with Xenk. And the more time they spend in the field, the closer they become. And Edgin keeps coming home to Zia with all these stories of amazing Xenk the paladin... and Zia is very amused and encouraging.
  • Maybe Edgin and Xenk are sent undercover together? Even as a couple? And they both pine guiltily, because Edgin is married, but what they're doing feels so real and so right... (Maybe the setup means Edgin can visit Zia some nights? Or write letters? Or maybe the whole mess of feelings only comes out when he returns home, and Zia has to sort them out?)
  • I will forever love hurt/comfort for getting together. Maybe Xenk is injured and Edgin has to take him home, resulting in Edgin and Zia nursing him back to health. Or Edgin is injured and Xenk takes him to the cottage, but stays so his healing magic can recharge - or Zia insists he stays, because Xenk is wounded too?
  • Accidental soulbond! Maybe between all three, maybe just between Edgin and Xenk, maybe it starts as Edgin and Xenk but they manage to add Zia... But due to the effect of some magical artifact, they can now hear each other's thoughts/feel each other's feelings/can't move too far from each other/all of the above.
  • I'd also love some established relationship domestic fluff, with them all living in the cottage at Targos, raising Kira together.
  • Or, as Edgin and Holga managed to take young Kira on the road, maybe all three of them could have glorious adventures together, making the world a better place?
  • Totally down with smut too! What's their first time as a three like? Do they find the mechanics of it difficult to arrange? Is there a lot of laughing as limbs get tangled? Maybe Xenk's a virgin and gets a bit overwhelmed, and Edgin and Zia have to be gentle with him. What's the sex like once they get used to it? Do they indulge in some double penetration? Or maybe one of the guys goes in the middle, both penetrating and penetrated? Do they have some kinky fun? Maybe one (or two) domming the other(s)? Three people means lots of possibilities!

Each side of the triangle has such a different way of interacting, and I'm interested in all of those as well as how they blend into a trio. Whether they're mutually pining before they get together, or they're a solid established triad, I'd love to see some smut or humour between them - or some vulnerability as they open up to each other.

Franklin "FDR" Foster/Tuck Hansen/Lauren Scott

Why should Lauren have to choose? FDR and Tuck keep declaring they love each other. What if they realised they were in love - and stopped being so jealous and competitive, and got together as a three instead? They all worked so well together when facing off with Heinrich. I'd be so pleased if their love triangle was resolved with them becoming a stable triad. Maybe they even learn to be vulnerable with each other - though the banter never stops.
