forsworn. All of my requests are for fic or art, but the cat status varies so I've noted it with each one. Treats are welcome!
I'm mostly looking for fluff, humour or mild hurt/comfort here. Just lots of kitty cuteness. Where I've requested "character becomes a cat", feel free to show the moment they become a cat, a moment while they're a cat, or (the lead up to) the moment they stop being a cat.

I'm just really tickled by the idea of Tristan and/or Siegfried getting turned into a cat. Tristan trying to pretend he's enjoying being a cat, and not at all upset by it, but being suspiciously happy when Mrs H or someone gives him comforting cuddles/strokes? Maybe he quietly suffers through baby Jimmy being overly affectionate until someone rescues him from those tiny grabby hands. (Maybe Tristan actually enjoying being a cat?)
Or Siegfried being the grumpiest, most resentful accidental cat, aka his usual self but now with fur. Maybe his usual inevitable moment of emotional softness is what changes him back, lmao.

Jinx is already an agent of chaos with a secret vulnerable side, so I feel like she'd make the perfect cat. Could be during the series or post-canon. (Maybe Jinx survived, went into hiding, then accidentally a cat and is now looking for help?)
So, cat Jinx annoying Sevika by batting objects off tables? Cat Jinx getting cuddles or pets from Isha? Sneaking into Piltover to troll Vi or Caitlyn - or grumpily getting comfort and help from them, or from Ekko? Maybe Mel's new magic powers mean she can communicate with Jinx - or help turn her back. Maybe Jinx sneaks into the Hextech lab for industrial espionage purposes - only to befriend a lonely Viktor, or be subjected to Jayce's cheerful kitty excitement? Doric can already canonically turn into a cat, with her druid wildshape ability. You could show her using it for sneaky adventuring recon purposes again. Or maybe spiky Doric finds it easier to show affection and comfort sad party members while in cat form - nuzzling them, curling up on their lap, letting them stroke her. (Maybe she finds it easier to receive affection and comfort in cat form.)
Or one of the other party members gets turned into a cat. Maybe Doric and/or Xenk can cast Speak With Animals to understand them - or maybe the catted person is stuck with one of the ones who can't. Edgin trying to put a brave face on it and pretend he's fine as he comes up with a plan? Gruff Holga glaring at anyone who tries to pet her - or using it as an excuse to accept cuddles? Fat Louie doesn't get to do much in the films, but he is adorable. Maybe you could show him with Mia, having a lovely cosy moment, being petted - or maybe him comforting her when she's sad or tired, snuggling in or curling up on her lap, purring.
Or maybe Fat Louie with Nicholas, with them bonding during the plot of the second film, or once Nicholas and Mia are a couple. (Maybe Fat Louie is the first one to see Nicholas's soft side?) The palace has secret passageways, why couldn't it have an ancient artifact that turns Nicholas into a cat? I'm imagining this sometime during the plot of the second film, when he's still Mia's rival - does he have to seek assistance from her? Or maybe, being a cat lover, she sees Nicholas and tries to befriend this new cat. Maybe she's there when the transformation happens and has to try and hide him/keep it secret/turn him back before Mabrey finds out, and that brings them closer? (Maybe she realises Nicholas is scared and gives him a cuddle to cheer him up.) Or maybe you could show the moment he turns back - is he sitting on Mia's bed at the time? (Does he turn back with his clothes on?)
Or maybe Nicholas seeks help from Clarisse, or from Joe. Do they understand him? Can they help turn him back? Maybe they can't, but they're still willing to give him a few calming strokes, or make sure the chefs give him some milk. Maybe Nicholas is just lost and confused - but Fat Louie befriends him, and Nicholas falls asleep cuddling up with him.

I received some amazing art of Mayday as a cat in a previous exchange and it just made me love the idea even more. So, Mayday as a tiny troublemaker, but now with fur! Escaping Peter B and/or MJ as they try to catch her and turn her back? Batting a supervillain's important plans off the table? Sitting on the big red "do not press" button? Just generally causing chaos and having a great time. Or maybe she gets so tired out by her adventures that she just wants to curl up on her dad/mom's lap for a nap, or to be stroked as she purrs.

Kirk throws himself into another situation... and the aliens/alien tech turn him into a cat. Does he grumpily try to escape as Bones tries to give him a medical assessment? Swish his tail at Spock as the guy tries to point out the logical flaws in his plan which led to this outcome? Or bats the pieces off their 3D chess game? Or maybe while they try to figure out how to turn him back, Kirk reluctantly (or not so reluctantly) accepts some strokes or cuddles from his crew. (Is Kirk mildly allergic to cats? Is he now mildly allergic to himself? And keeps doing tiny adorable kitty sneezes.)
Or maybe Chekov is the one who gets transformed. Do his big kitty eyes just make the crew want to protect him? Is he happy to accept comforting strokes and cuddles from them? Maybe he's calm about it and focuses on curing himself. Maybe the transformation happens due to some engineering weirdness, and a cheerful Scotty helps him figure it out? Maybe it happens while he's on an alien planet, and protective Kirk or another crewmate has to pick up kitty Chekov so they can run fast enough to escape danger. Or the planet is cold, and Chekov has to cuddle up to his crewmate to keep them warm.
If you want to include ships, I like Kirk/Chekov, Kirk/Bones, Kirk/Pike, Kirk/Scotty, Kirk/Spock and Kirk/Spock/Bones.
Star Trek: Strange New Worlds

This show already has some delightful silliness, so I can easily imagine some shenanigans happening where one (or more) of these characters gets turned into a cat. Starfleet trains them for some craziness, and they've already experienced a lot, so maybe they'd stay calm. But who would let their colleagues (or love interests) stroke them, or cuddle them? Maybe spiky La'an slowly comes round to accepting pettings. Maybe Una happily dives in. Maybe Chapel teasingly rubs against people's ankles as they walk - or has to give the new cat a medical. Does M'Benga try to do his own medical - or happily chills in his new form? Does Ortegas' snark not provide as much of a shield now it's all meows? Maybe Spock is adorably confused by the whole situation, or finds surprisingly little difference in being a cat. Can Uhura somehow communicate with her becatted colleague? Maybe Pike gives the new cat a saucer of milk in his kitchen. Or Pike is the one turned, and someone else has to find the milk for him.
Or they befriend a cat on an alien planet. Maybe it's a normal cat that just needs a new home. Maybe it's an alien cat with blue fur, or four ears... or psychic powers. But their new friend is soft and adorable, and they get to have an adorable time together.
I love every F/F(/F+) combination of the ladies, if you want to include any of those ships. Or Pike/Spock. But I love the whole Enterprise crew and their friendships so I'm happy for the focus to be gen.

Instead of being trapped inside the mirror, Magnifico gets turned into a cat? And has to deal with not being king, but being very cuddleable? Maybe Amaya petting her grumpy cat husband and promising she'll find a way to turn him back... once he learns how to be good. Or maybe he wanders around the market, and his old subjects turn out to be happy to give him treats or strokes now he's a cute non-threat. (Maybe Magnifico finds this is exactly the sort of attention he craves, without the pressures of being king, and decides he'd prefer to be a cat forever.)
Or this could be something pre-canon, with Magnifico accidentally turning himself into a cat when a spell goes awry. Maybe as a small cat he struggles to turn the pages of his big spellbook to find the cure. Or maybe he needs Amaya's help, or cuddles to cheer him up until it wears off. Or an AU where Asha became his apprentice, and Magnifico gets turned into a cat then, and she has to try and help turn him back? Or ends up stroking her upset cat king to calm him down.
